HR Business Partner

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner to support the rollout and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the business unit. This role sits in the People Strategy and Operations function and will influence HR programs and policies. You’ll assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations, while coaching managers and leading trainings.
