Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Bridging Voices Therapeutic Services, a Finni Health company. Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM (with potential to expand to 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM in the future). Pay: $20.00–$27.00 per hour. Employment type: Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Role involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under supervision. Responsibilities Provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record accurate session data. Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals. Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education. Qualifications Current RBT Certification (required). Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred). Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred). Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required). Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
