Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We’re hiring a Multi‑Site Lead Service Technician at CTC at Paradisi and CTC at McDowell in Surprise and Avondale, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five‑star service that makes Mark‑Taylor communities feel like home. All service team members who participate in the on‑call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on‑call. Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications. Requirements 2 or more years of experience working as an apartment turn technician, maintenance technician, make ready technician, or work order technician. Advanced knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA‑related standards. One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar). Service orientation. Basic computer skills. A basic understanding of written and verbal English. In This Role You Will Assist in the completion of make ready units to Mark‑Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply of make‑ready units for the Community. Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct minor air conditioning and/or heating failures, appliance repairs, electrical problems, plumbing problems, minor carpentry, and drywall repairs. Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available. Perform daily pool care, ensure pool is in proper chemical balance and area is free of safety concerns. Complete minor roof repairs, re‑key locks, and cut keys. Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and correct the hazard, inform the Manager of Facilities and Service of the hazard. Share on‑call duty with Manager of Facilities and Service, and service team members and be readily available to go to the property if needed and in uniform/badge. Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and cleaning supplies. Train and mentor other Service Technician and Facilities Technicians.
