Required Qualifications Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire 2 years related experience. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree - Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, or D.P.T. - Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy Upon hire: APTA Member Upon hire: Achieve clinical specialization certification relating to clinical area of practice 5 years Clinical Experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
