What You'll Be Doing As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Manager in overseeing daily activities and ensuring operational excellence. Leading and motivating team members to deliver outstanding service. Assisting with staff scheduling and ensuring proper coverage, including weekends and holidays. Maintaining a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for both customers and team members. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. Monitoring inventory and supplies to ensure everything runs seamlessly. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A flexible schedule with the ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
