Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university preferred; valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; ability to communicate effectively in English; zero years of experience required

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse (CN) provides hands-on, evidence-based nursing care within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, standards of care, and hospital policies. The role includes assessing patients, developing care plans, teaching patients and families, and monitoring quality of care. The nurse collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care delivery, actively participates in professional development, and contributes to team activities to promote positive morale and continuous improvement.
