The role involves conducting both virtual and in-person training sessions, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate client needs and project timelines.WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?In this Client Onboarding Trainer position, you will begin your day coordinating with Onboarding Project Managers to align training schedules with client implementation plans. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and updating curriculum materials such as instructional guides, video tutorials, interactive webinars, and SCORM-compliant e-learning modules. You will deliver thorough training sessions to client administrators, customizing each presentation to the client's specific system configuration. As you guide clients through complex HCM, payroll, and benefits workflows, you will ensure information is presented clearly and accessibly. After each training, you will review client feedback and adoption metrics to refine instructional methods. You will also provide advanced instruction on specialized modules, including talent acquisition, performance management, and mobile application functionality. Your efforts will prepare clients comprehensively for a successful go-live experience.CLIENT ONBOARDING TRAINER REQUIREMENTS:3+ years of experience in corporate training or software implementation training within HR or SaaSExceptional presentation and facilitation skills across both physical and virtual environmentsProficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Strong foundational understanding of human resources and payroll operationsAbility to independently manage curriculum design, content updates, and training delivery across multiple client engagementsPreferred:Experience training on HCM platforms such as UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, or iSolvedFamiliarity with SCORM standards and instructional design methodologiesKnowledge of change management or user adoption strategies for enterprise software rolloutsExperience building role-based training tracks for diverse learner audiencesQualified candidates who are interested in supporting our clients' success are encouraged to apply.
