As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond.Goldman Partner Office (GPO) - PlanningThe Goldman Partner Office Planning Team provides bespoke and comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to current and former Partners of Goldman Sachs, and their families. Our Planning Advisors partner with GPO’s Investment Management arm to deliver seamless, coordinated, and comprehensive financial advice and service to the Firm’s partners, serving as “CIO” and “CFO” to help our clients reach their personal wealth goals. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALExecute tax planning, projection and review (US and foreign) of high-net-worth families, including:Working closely with clients and external experts to gather all information required for filings, quarterly and as required.Preparing extension estimatesPreparing tax equalization computations, etc.Conduct cash flow analysisPrepare net worth statementsCreate estate flowcharts, wills, execute wealth transfer processesCoordinate philanthropic giving, etc.Work closely with investment experts to deliver best in class client serviceSKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree requiredGraduate degree with concentration in financial planning, taxation, accounting, including JDs and MBAsCFPs, CPAs and CFAs strongly preferredWorking knowledge in financial planning, taxation and client service is a bonusSkills:Exceptional, polished communication skills (written and verbal), including client communicationOwnership mindset, proactivityProven track record of team orientationEnthusiastic, positive, solution orientedSIE, Series 6, Series 7 and Series 66 required (must be completed within first 3 months of employment)ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
