This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated property insurance matters for high-profile clients, handling complex coverage analysis, litigation, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and brings exceptional research, writing, and analytical capabilities to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing3+ years of substantive experience in insurance coverage matters (experienced litigators interested in insurance coverage considered)Experience handling property insurance coverage issues, including policy analysis and claims evaluationStrong background in legal research, writing, and drafting, with demonstrated analytical rigorExperience preparing coverage opinions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery materialsAbility to manage time-sensitive and highly confidential matters with professionalism and discretionExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clientsPrior litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, and mediations, preferredKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze insurance policies and claim materials, draft coverage opinions, and provide strategic recommendations to clientsPrepare correspondence and communications for clients, colleagues, and opposing counselReview and analyze documents in connection with coverage disputes and litigationConduct comprehensive legal research using platforms such as WestlawDraft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, and dispositive motionsConduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings and mediationsAdvocate for clients in dispute resolution proceedings and support case strategy through all phases of litigationWhy Join Us?This is an exceptional opportunity to join a respected insurance coverage team handling complex and meaningful matters for a diverse client base.
