Senior Project Manager

Supporting high complexity global R&D programs, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams, maintain program timelines, and oversee project budgets in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Partner with the Global Team Leader and Director of Project Management to support cross-functional matrix teams and manage select sub-teams Develop and maintain detailed program Gantt charts, incorporating dependencies and providing summary views for team and executive reviews Identify and manage interdependencies and critical path activities to support program-level scenario planning and risk management strategies Required qualifications BS degree with 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech R&D environment, including 3+ years in project management or equivalent Proven expertise in drug development and registration, including clinical, nonclinical, CMC development, and regulatory submissions globally Strong analytical skills and experience in facilitating team decision-making using decision analysis methodologies Expert knowledge of project management principles and practices, with a preference for PMP certification and proficiency in project management software like Smartsheet Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
