Future Opening: Assistant Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Bobby Branch Part Time Office Administrative Assistant Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (off Thursday and Tuesday) Benefits: Health insurance Responsibilities Answering and routing phone calls Managing customer renewals Assisting customers with billing and payment questions Scanning and attaching paperwork Opening office and maintaining general upkeep Payroll assistance Phone interviewing candidates for sales and service positions Mail handling Scheduling appointments Telemarketing current and former clients Upselling current customers Note taking and task creation Money handling Creating weekly customer service/activity reports for managers Qualifications Reliable transportation Strong computer skills Experience in customer service and problem solving Willingness to work independently and within a team environment Self‑starter Positive and optimistic perspective Opportunity for promotion Property and Casualty license required; agent will pay for materials The Bobby Branch Agency is an equal opportunity employer.
