Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience or interest working with K-12 students in a school setting
• Current or eligible SLP licensure; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as those with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• A commitment to fostering student growth in speech, language, and communication abilities
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans effectively

Key responsibilities include:

• Directly serving a manageable caseload of K-12 students with diverse speech and language needs
• Conducting assessments, writing reports, and participating in IEP meetings
• Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions designed to maximize student outcomes
• Monitoring progress and maintaining thorough, timely documentation
