YA FIT Pilates Tarzana (Studios in Tarzana & Agoura Hills) YA FIT Pilates is growing, and we're looking for instructors who care deeply about quality movement, clear cueing, and client experience. Our Tarzana studio offers modern Reformer Pilates in a thoughtfully designed, community driven environment. YA FIT Pilates also operates a studio in Agoura Hills, creating opportunities for instructors to teach at one location or both, depending on availability and fit. Who This Role Is For Certified Reformer Pilates instructors Instructors experienced in classic, modern, or athletic Pilates Movement professionals who value clarity, intention, and strong fundamentals Instructors seeking flexible scheduling , consistent shifts, and opportunities to grow What You'll Do Teach group Reformer Pilates classes and private sessions Deliver safe, effective, and thoughtfully structured classes Demonstrate strong cueing, class flow, and client awareness Create a welcoming, professional, and inclusive studio environment Build genuine relationships with clients and support long term retention Uphold YA FIT class standards, structure, and brand values Our Hiring Process We keep things simple and intentional.
