Full-Time and Long-Term!Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator on the night shift, where you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing distribution operations.Responsibilities Use stand up reach trucks and cherry picker forklifts, specifically Crown and Yale brands, to move skids from staging areas to the warehouse for put away. Utilize RF scanning equipment to scan bar codes on wrapped skids and enter shipments into the warehouse management system.Essential Skills Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience is required, with 2+ years preferred. Experience with stand-up reach forklifts, preferably the Crown brand. Proficiency in loading and unloading trucks using sit down and stand up forklifts. Familiarity with RF scanning equipment. Ability to accurately enter received shipments into the warehouse management system.Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in shipping and receiving functions is highly desirable.Why Work Here? This area is not climate-controlled, and employees will work both inside and outside of trucks. The night shift operates from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday.Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHAMBERSBURG, PA.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.81 - $22.81/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
