Data Scientist

A Data Scientist supporting AI/ML and LLM-driven solutions to build, deploy, and optimize advanced models for operational decision-making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning, deep learning, and LLM models
• Collect, process, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets
• Engineer features to improve predictive model performance
• Develop NLP and LLM-based applications (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, inference)
• Deploy and monitor ML models using MLOps best practices
• Build dashboards and presentations to communicate insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into business strategy

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Strong AI/ML and LLM foundation
• Experience with NLP, deep learning, and predictive modeling
• Python proficiency and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills
• AWS experience (SageMaker, S3, Redshift) and ML pipeline automation

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Power BI, Dash, or Streamlit
• This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility
