Client Services Coordinator

A commercial real estate firm is seeking a Client Services Coordinator in their Spartanburg, SC office. This role supports a team of brokers through administrative, transaction, and operational coordination. Responsibilities: Support approximately five brokers with day-to-day administrative and operational needs Maintain the accuracy and integrity of property listings and marketing materials Manage listing files, updates, renewals, and transaction documentation Generate commission invoices and assist with payment tracking Coordinate contracts, agreements, and related brokerage paperwork Schedule meetings, property tours, and client appointments Manage calendars, contacts, and select social media accounts Serve as a liaison between brokers and internal support teams Monitor recurring tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills $55,000 - $60,000 base salary, based on experience Bonus opportunities Collaborative, team-focused culture Professional growth and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Find Great People | FGP
