What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practices under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer treatments including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistance with supportive devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate adjustments to supervising PT
• Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Provide counseling and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with health team members to optimize patient care and discharge planning
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and conferences
• Support the acquisition of necessary supplies and DME as needed

What You Need

• Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of APTA guidelines and clinical best practices
