Full time, shift schedule may vary. Position Summary Our members love fresh food at Sam’s Club because of friendly, hard‑working associates. As a freezer, cooler and deli stocker you will keep our shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers, and provide high quality customer service in the deli. You will help ensure our product is ready for members, driving a great shopping experience. What you will do Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting and disposal of hazardous materials. Keep the freezer/cooler/deli area clean, organized and temperature‑controlled; monitor fans, drains and doors, and report issues to management. Receive, zone, stock, and price merchandise and maintain frozen, chilled and deli displays. Provide member service by greeting members, locating merchandise, answering questions and resolving concerns in the deli area. Follow food‑handling, cold‑chain and sanitization policies while operating, repairing and cleaning equipment. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Experience stocking fresh food or similar retail environment. Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for teamwork. Ability to work efficiently with little supervision and adapt quickly to changing workloads.
