We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about working with children and values collaboration in a supportive, child-centered environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide engaging, functional speech-language therapy services in the home setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing as applicable
• Educate and support families to encourage carryover of therapy strategies into daily routines
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain timely, accurate documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Creative, compassionate, and child-centered approach
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
