Administrative Assistant to Sales (Buford, Georgia)

Full-service, fast-paced construction-related manufacturing company in Buford, GA seeks local applicant for full-time position.

~ Responsibilities include the following:

• Daily interaction with large customer base- excellent communication skills and customer service skills required
• Responding to customer’s quotation requests, needs, inquiries, and complaints.
• Administrative processing of customer orders
• Typing proposals and correspondences in a profession, error-free and timely manner
• Sharing of any interaction and involvement with customers that might require the outside salesperson’s attention, or may result in additional sales
• Professional email and phone correspondence with customers
• Daily interaction with office staff to take care of customer needs
• Other duties as assigned

~ Position Requirements:

• Aggressive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Problem solving / conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well and excel while working with a team or individual
• Experience working under pressure and deadlines with multiple tasks/projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills, Detail oriented
• Day to day interaction with customers, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Position requires a professional demeanor and appearance, as well as courteousness and a friendly personality
• Experience in the sign or construction industry is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with architectural drawings/blueprints is a plus!
• Starting pay will be based on experience with all of the above
