Brand Designer

Working remotely with occasional meetings in the NYC area, the temporary-to-permanent Brand Designer will manage the creation and execution of design across a portfolio of brands, collaborating closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing to enhance the design narrative and ensure alignment with marketing strategies. Key responsibilities Lead design strategy and direction for all programs, products, and key moments Proactively manage projects from initial brainstorms to final production while balancing multiple stakeholder requests Ensure consistency in designs across all company deliverables and participate in creative reviews to incorporate feedback Required qualifications Experience in the design thinking process and as a project manager or creative lead Proficiency with design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and visual design principles Demonstrated strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of design capabilities Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs Virtual Vocations Inc
