Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate

Overview We’re looking for Parts Associates with a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience to join Carvana, the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Responsibilities Sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts Managing parts returns and general inventory Communicating with dealers and suppliers Managing reconciliation and recording payment for parts Pay & Schedule Pay range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on level of experience). Starting pay is $17+/hr. Schedule: First shift: Mon‑Fri 6am‑3pm Second shift: Mon‑Thu 4pm‑3am (4‑10‑hour shifts) Location: 600 S 94th Ave, Tolleson, Arizona 85353 Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Use of safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
