Targeting Officer

Targeting Officer Leidos has multiple Targeting Officer positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Targeting Officers are responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. That narrative, incorporating highly complex and specialized multi-INT information, must be communicated regularly to a wide audience of stakeholders, in written form and verbally in both formal and ad-hoc briefings. Throughout this process, Targeting Officers must be able to identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address those gaps. Key Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask. Ability to work in high stress environments. Experience with targeting tools, databases, all source targeting methodologies, and different intel sources. Able to manage taskings and maintain information flow across multiple organizations. Individuals must possess a valid driver's license with Real ID. Education: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 to 4 years of full-time professional experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
