Pay : $80 000 - $100 000 annually Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Paid CEUs and Professional Development Stipends Clinical support and peer collaboration Opportunities for Leadership and Career Advancement What You’ll Do as a BCBA: Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings What You’ll Get: Competitive Pay: based on experience, certifications, and caseload preferences Performance-Based Bonuses Flexible Scheduling: Full-time and part-time options available What You’ll Need: Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes Schedule & Location: Location: in-home, and school-based services Hours: Create your own schedules Your Next Step Matters.
