Behavior Intervention SpecialistOur mission-driven human services client is seeking a dedicated Behavior Intervention Specialist to support individuals with developmental disabilities through assessment, intervention, and training. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals build skills, improve quality of life, and achieve greater independence through evidence-based behavioral supports.The ideal candidate is compassionate, highly trained in behavioral or clinical services, and motivated to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide behavioral services including assessments, evaluations, consultations, and interventionsDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory requirementsCollaborate with care managers, advocates, and individuals served to design effective behavioral strategiesDeliver education and training related to behavioral, psychological, and support servicesMonitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and ongoing evaluationsSupport staff and caregivers through guidance, training, and supervision related to behavior plansMaintain accurate documentation and service records
