We boldly challenge what’s possible for a sustainable world.The Commercialization Leader – Smart Services plays a critical role in our broader sales enablement efforts, working in partnership with product management and the Sales Center of Excellence (COE). This is an opportunity for a driven associate that excels in motivating others with experienced facilitation, sales, and presentation skills in a collaborative, data rich, technical, and customer focused environment. You will own the roll out and continuous improvement of Smart Services sales enablement, and will work with field personnel (General Management, Sales Leadership, Operations Leadership, and Technicians) to make sure they have the training and support they need to effectively sell and execute the offerings profitably. As the main point of contact for the field for any questions about the offerings, you’ll be responsible for office visits, training, coaching, and on-going communication to drive consistency and growth across the regions. You will lead the development of training collateral and support the product management and marketing teams to provide input into overall sales strategy development.This remote role will be responsible for commercializing Smart Services offerings and developing a strong sales pipeline to launch and grow new offerings through the North America sales channels. There will be a heavy emphasis on training sales and operations personnel, driving best practices across regions, gathering feedback from field to improve Smart Service products, and accelerating the maturity of our regions in their Smart Services business using digitally enabled tools.
