Orthodontics Call Center Representative

Our Sumner, WA office is looking for an outgoing, communicative, and detail-oriented person to oversee patient communication and help keep the day-to-day running smoothly. Depending on experience, you'll make $20.00 - $22.00/hour . WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

Our Orthodontics Call Center Representative works 4 days per week (Monday - Friday) from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm . You'll be the warm and friendly voice on our phone lines, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, payments, concerns, and more. As calls come in, you'll answer the phone, direct the call to the correct person/department, and provide amazing customer service. With a positive attitude, you'll engage with patients, answer questions, process payments, book appointments, and respond to emails, faxes, and live chats. You'll also make outbound calls to confirm appointments and encourage patients who haven't scheduled a service to stick with their treatment plan. Following our sales scripts, you'll help maintain high retention rates and inform patients about relevant products or contests.
