Job TitleProvides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for properties to determine legal condition of property title as part of production center, branch office, or member of a title team.Job ResponsibilitiesCompiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of the propertyPrepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy proceduresUnderstands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectivesImpacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own workRecognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequentlyEvaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or proceduresCommunicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and othersWorks under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiencyIndividual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilitiesPerforms all other duties as assigned by managementEducationHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's preferredExperienceTypically requires 5+ years of related work experiencePay Range & Benefits$45,486.46 - $75,810.77 AnnuallyThe base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
