This role is ideal for someone looking to continue building their career with hands-on exposure to project operations, field coordination, and client interaction.Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone looking to continue building their career with hands-on exposure to project operations, field coordination, and client interaction.ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project executionAssist with RFIs, submittals, and project documentationTrack budgets, change orders, and cost reportingCoordinate with subcontractors and vendorsAttend project and coordination meetingsHelp maintain project schedules and logsReview drawings and specificationsSupport buyout, procurement, and closeout activitiesWork closely with Superintendents and field teamsQualifications1–4 years of experience with a commercial general contractorDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredExposure to projects such as interiors, multifamily, commercial, education, or healthcareFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar toolsStrong organizational and communication skillsEagerness to learn and grow within a GC environmentRequired SkillsStrong organizational and communication skillsEagerness to learn and grow within a GC environment xhyhwjd Ability to commute to your project(s) as well as the main office (discussed during intake interview)Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar toolsAbility to support more than one project/project team at a timePay range and compensation packageCompetitive base salary based on experienceBonus potentialHealth, dental, and vision insurancePTO and paid holidaysClear growth path to Project Manager
