Your future role at a glance Location: Anderson, IN Facility: St. Vincent Medical Group Department/Specialty: Rheumatology Schedule: Full Time | Days | Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm How you'll make an impact in this role Direct Patient Support: Assist providers with patient examinations, measure vital signs, and execute ordered treatments and procedures under supervision. Clinical & Administrative Flow: Prepare treatment rooms, maintain a clean environment, and manage basic materials ordering and stocking to ensure operational efficiency. Accurate Documentation: Interview patients for medical history, accurately chart all information, and precisely transcribe provider orders for lab tests, radiology, and medications. Front-Office Management: Handle critical clerical duties, including answering calls and maintaining organized patient records to support a seamless practice flow. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Certified or Registered both accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
