Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary Alpen is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize sales processes, analyze data, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing Salesforce, integrating tools like HubSpot, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Job Location Louisville, CO (remote work considered) Key Responsibilities Streamline sales processes for efficiency. Analyze sales data for insights and improvements, leveraging strong analytical skills. Forecast sales accurately based on data and market trends. Manage Salesforce, including customization, configuration, and data management. Integrate Salesforce with other tools and systems, such as HubSpot, demonstrating experience with CRM integration. Train sales teams on Salesforce usage and best practices. Document sales processes for consistency and scalability. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and insights. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth. Lead integration projects with internal and external partners, demonstrating strong project management skills. Build, maintain and develop analytics dashboards and reports using a Business Intelligence platform such as Tableau or PowerBi. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Experience in revenue or sales operations, with strong technical skills in Salesforce administration and CRM integration. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on identifying actionable insights. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Reporting Structure This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Job Type Full‑time Compensation $75,000 – $125,000 per year, based on experience and location.
