Financial Recovery Representative

Job Full Description Job Summary: We are looking for a Financial Recovery Representative to join a growing team. The responsibilities of the Financial Recovery Representative include, but are not limited to:
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail; takes appropriate action to bring current.
• Analyzes financial situation of delinquent borrowers; takes action to repossess collateral when arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful.
• Maintains accurate files and reports on all collection's activity. Prepares daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports on collection activity as directed.
• Tells management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans.
• Provides information to legal counsel, outside agencies and appropriate parties as necessary.

Position type: Full time, Evaluation Hire
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (also one Saturday a month rotation 8:30am-12:30pm)
Pay: $17/hr - $19/hr, BOE
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of related experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and typing skills
