Account AssociateAs an Account Associate for Glenn Waterhouse - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Johnston, IA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:Auto insuranceHome insuranceLife insuranceRetirement planningResponsibilities:Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
