Location: Portland, OR

Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)

Shifts: 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

We're hiring a Territory Sales Rep in Portland for someone good with people and comfortable asking for the sale. You'll spend your day finding opportunities, managing conversations, and moving deals forward. This role rewards consistency, confidence, and doing what you say you'll do.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Business Professional dress code required at all times
• Must have reliable personal transportation for daily travel between client locations
• Prior face-to-face customer service or face-to-face sales experience required
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and relationship building
• Exceptional attention to detail in both in-person interactions and email communication
• Ability to work independently while managing a territory-based sales approach
• Bi-lingual English/Japanese skills strongly preferred (huge plus)
• Comfortable with driving across the Portland Metro and Vancouver regions regularly
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts

How You'll Spend Your Day (Job Duties)

• Conduct face-to-face client visits throughout the Portland Metro and Vancouver areas
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person interactions and ongoing communication
• Develop and grow a personal book of business focused on logistical services
• Identify client needs and present tailored logistics solutions to support business growth
• Manage daily travel between assigned territories to support client coverage and engagement
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline development
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer experiences in every interaction (in-person and written)
