As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a large retail distribution location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. You will be a reliable presence, ready to respond to situations as they arise and to communicate clearly with both team members and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any potential issues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
