Human Resources Assistants, Except Payroll and Timekeeping

We are hiring a Human Resources Assistants, Except Payroll and Timekeeping for one of our clients in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Job Description:
- Sorting and categorizing HR files.
- Verifying whether each record is associated with an active or inactive employee.
- Logging items accurately into an Excel spreadsheet.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all employees and organizational records.
Skills required:
- Maintain Confidentiality.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with sensitive information.
Work hours:
- Timing: Mon- Fri 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Additional Information:
- BG CHECKS: Standard Background Check, Statewide Criminal Search (Past 7 years), SSN Trace, Sex Offender List.
- Assignment Duration: 6-8 months
