Oncology Registered NurseOutpatient Clinic (No Weekends/Holidays)Position OverviewWe are seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our growing outpatient team. This role combines hands-on patient care with clinical oversight responsibilities, ensuring high-quality infusion services while supporting operational excellence.You'll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional care.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Operations & OversightOversee daily clinical nursing operations for infusion and support servicesEnsure compliance with licensing, certifications, and regulatory standardsAssist in the development, review, and revision of clinical policies and proceduresMaintain accurate nursing personnel recordsStaffing & LeadershipEnsure adequate staffing coverage across clinics while managing labor costsCoordinate schedules including PTO, sick time, and overtime in alignment with labor guidelinesParticipate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of nursing staffStep in to support direct patient care and infusion services as neededQuality & Patient ExperienceMonitor patient satisfaction and quality assurance metricsPromote best practices aligned with organizational objectives and patient care standardsEnsure proper charge capture and coding practices, including staff education on reimbursement guidelinesProgram DevelopmentSupport the creation of new services and patient-focused initiativesContribute to programs that enhance patient, family, and staff experienceRequired QualificationsActive New York RN licenseBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related fieldExperience in infusion nursing, outpatient care, or clinical settingsStrong knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care deliveryExperience in infusion therapy and/or clinical researchFamiliarity with reimbursement guidelines, coding, and complianceWork Environment/Employee Value PropositionOutpatient/office-based clinical settingSupportive, collaborative team environment focused on quality care and professional growthMonday–Friday schedule — No weekends or holidays4 weeks PTO + 2 floating holidaysTuition reimbursement (up to $3,000 annually)Collaborative, team-oriented cultureFocus on employee wellness and growthOpportunity to build meaningful long-term patient relationshipsInvolvement in a "Human Experience" committee to improve staff and patient satisfactionJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Albany, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $98000.00/yr.NYOH will share the company benefits with the future candidatesWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Albany,NY.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Aug 21, 2026.About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
