Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical

Schedule:
Shift: 3x12-hour nights
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Weekend Coverage: Yes

Requirements:
- Nursing Experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Travel Experience: Required
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- EMR: Epic (required)
- Core Clinical Skills:
- Dysrhythmia interpretation & management
- Management of cardiac drips (no titration)
- Non-invasive airway management
- Peripheral line care/management
- Isolation precautions/PPE
- MS/Tele experience

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 12 hours
- Pre-approved Time Off: 1 day
- Onboarding: Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
- Orientation Modules: Completed onsite; non-billable (RN ~4-6 hours)
- RTO: All requested time off must be listed at time of submittal
