As an Internal Medicine Physician , you'll work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population. Required Qualifications: BC/BE by ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start Preferred Qualifications Clinical experience in an outpatient primary care setting The salary range for this role is $238,500 to $392,500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
