Positions are available working with students from kindergarten through grade 8. The role begins August 20th, with hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 37.5 hours per week aligned with the school calendar.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a supportive educational role
• Familiarity with classroom management and positive behavior supports
• Ability to work one-on-one or in small groups under teacher direction
• Effective communication skills and professionalism
• Adaptability with students of varying age groups, K-8
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help children succeed
• Reliable and punctual

Key Responsibilities:

• Support academic instruction and individualized learning plans
• Assist with implementing behavioral interventions
• Foster a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere
• Help students develop social and emotional skills
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed
• Contribute to record keeping and progress monitoring when required
