Principal Product Manager

Product ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to drive the evolution of our loyalty execution platform. This role sits at the intersection of product management, customer loyalty strategy, customer analytics, artificial intelligence, client engagement, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our loyalty technology roadmap by gathering market insights, understanding client and prospect needs, and translating those inputs into innovative product capabilities that deliver measurable value. This individual will identify emerging trends in customer dedication and engagement. They will anticipate future market needs. They will help define how customer data and analytics improve the dedication experience by building more personalized, relevant, and effective interactions. The successful candidate combines deep loyalty marketing expertise with a strong background in SaaS product development and execution. This position will also require a solid understanding of customer analytics and innovative use of first- and third-party data to create personalized experiences for consumers. Candidates will ideally be located in the Dallas, Chicago, or Denver metropolitan areas. Boston and New York may also be considered locations.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap DevelopmentAI & Personalization StrategyMarket & Industry IntelligenceCustomer & Prospect InsightsProduct Development & ExecutionQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.8+ years of experience in product management, product development, program management, or a related role.Experience working for a SaaS software provider, preferably within marketing technology, customer engagement, CRM, loyalty, or customer experience solutions.Direct experience in customer loyalty, loyalty program management, customer engagement, retention marketing, CRM marketing, customer data & analytics, or related customer experience fields.Demonstrated success bringing software products or features from concept through launch and adoption.Solid understanding of AI-enabled personalization, customer intelligence, or emerging AI applications within marketing technology.Strong ability to analyze and manipulate customer data for insights creation and development of strategic frameworks.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Excellent communication and collaborator management abilities.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of SaaS product architecture and underlying web and coding technologies required for product development.Preferred QualificationsExperience with loyalty management platforms, rewards programs, customer engagement platforms, CDPs, clean rooms, CRM systems, or marketing automation technologies.Familiarity and experience with digital marketing concepts.Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.Experience working directly with enterprise clients and executive partners.Knowledge of customer data, personalization, segmentation, predictive modeling, and loyalty analytics.Experience helping define or implement AI-driven product capabilities within a SaaS environment.When You Join Us, We'll Create Something EPIC TogetherEpsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
