Sales Executive - Kandy Branch

Rentokil initial is the largest pest control and hygiene services company in the world with over 65,000 employees and it operates in more than 94 countries. In Sri Lanka, Rentokil established in 1981 and it is one of the pioneer Pest Control Service provider offering environmentally friendly solutions to the control of pests to the industrial, commercial and residential segments in Sri Lanka and Maldives.

Main Job Duties will be;

Responsible for Handling customer inquiries for new sales
Obtaining customer feedbacks after the services
Prepare monthly reports which connects to Marketing / Operations
Handling the company main telephone line and active involvement for customer service

Requirements

School Leavers who have passed three subjects in G. C. E. Advance Level.
Any professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Fluency in Written and Spoken English is essential
Valid Riding License is mandatory
