Sr. Scrum Master (PSM1 & PSM2)

Sr. Personalization Scrum Master

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite from Day 1)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Guide a scrum team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and apply the Framework as defined in the Scrum Guide.
• Lead, train, and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption and work with other Scrum Masters to ensure organizational process improvement.
• Based on the maturity of the scrum team, provide support and coaching to the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable to the team.
• Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. Facilitate as needed.
• Foster continuous improvement and help the Scrum Team to focus on creating high value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Provide support to the Product Owner by recommending techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
• Help promote the Scrum Team's understanding of the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
• Remove impediments to a team's productivity by shielding them from non-essential outside influences, and/or guide the team on how to remove impediments.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years in Telcom or related.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of service to a team in the role of a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor of Science degree in any Technical, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields preferred.
• PSM 1 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from scrum.org.
• PSM 2 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from scrum.org.
