Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Application / System Engineer to join our Automotive Product Line team. This senior-level or higher role focuses on the definition and development of innovative analog and mixed-signal products for the automotive market, engages in customer communication, support, and issue resolution. Essential Functions: Manage key projects within the automotive product line, collaborating with Design Engineers, Field Applications teams, and Marketing teams to define and debug analog and mixed-signal IC products tailored to specific markets. Lead teams to continuously monitor and integrate the latest market technologies, ensuring penetration and engagement with key customers. Interface directly with key architects and engineers at leading customer organizations, maintaining strong relationships. Provide application support and technical training to key customers and field application engineers. Qualifications: 5+ years of hands‑on experience in switch‑mode power supply, with a deep technical understanding of switching regulator operation, performance, and design trade‑offs. Previous experience with power supply manufacturers or power‑management IC companies, particularly in LED driver or PMIC product areas, is highly desired. MSEE or higher preferred. Fluent in English with excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
