Job Details:

• Location: Fort Worth, Texas
• Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
• Schedule: Days, 12 hours shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure; certifications may include ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) if available
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU or PACU; familiarity with EMR systems such as Meditech; experience with general, neuro, oncology, orthopedics, or vascular surgical procedures; easy-going and pleasant personality
• Additional Information:
  • Call needs: one weekend and one night per week
  • Unit size: 26 beds
  • Staffing: Charge nurse, float nurse, and staff nurses
  • Patient ratio: 1:2
  • Equipment: State-of-the-art technology including Meditech electronic medical records
  • Dress code: Scrubs in royal blue or hospital scrubs
  • On call only, no on-site overnight requirements
