Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts | Alternating Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit following established clinical protocols and standards
• Work a 4x12-hour shift schedule on an alternating rotation, with a minimum of three days off between shift changes
• Float to other units as required to meet patient care needs
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Participate in weekend coverage, working 2 out of every 4 weekends

Required Qualifications

• Current or temporary RN license in North Dakota, or active compact RN licensure (no encumbrances)
• BLS certification required prior to start
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
• Ability to float to other units as needed
• Availability to work 2 out of 4 weekends per schedule rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Familiarity with alternating shift scheduling in a hospital environment
