This role involves assessing patient needs, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams and obtain patient histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in family nursing practice
