About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Logistics to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end logistics network, including customer service and order operations, inventory management, and the S&OP process. This leadership position demands a strategic focus on service excellence, inventory health, and cost discipline, particularly in the context of a fast-growing SKU portfolio. The VP of Logistics will also be tasked with building and leading a team, managing 3PL and transportation provider relationships, and driving network optimization to reduce costs while maintaining service levels. Applicants must have a minimum of 12-15 years' of experience in supply chain, logistics, and operations, with a strong background in food and beverage manufacturing. The role requires a proven track record in S&OP, customer service, and finished goods inventory management, ideally within a cold chain or perishable/dairy environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling logistics networks, managing managers, and a strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functionally. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at scaling systems, processes, and teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
