The Role We're looking for a Growth Marketer to own our social presence, influencer partnerships, and product marketing. You'll work directly with the CEO to shape how the world discovers Blink. This is a high‑autonomy role where you'll build and execute strategies from scratch. You should be comfortable creating content, managing creator relationships, and moving fast in a startup environment. What You'll Do Social Media: Own our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. Create and publish content that drives awareness and signups. Influencer Marketing: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators in the tech, no‑code, and entrepreneurship spaces. Product Marketing: Translate product capabilities into compelling narratives. Support launches, write copy, and develop positioning. Growth Experiments: Run tests across channels, measure what works, and double down on winners. What We're Looking For Required 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or short‑form content Proven track record of growing audiences or driving measurable results Strong written communication and creative instincts Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment Nice To Have Your own Instagram Reels or TikTok account with 5,000+ followers Your own YouTube channel with 1,000+ subscribers Experience in developer tools, AI, or B2B SaaS Why Blink Y Combinator backed with strong momentum and product‑market fit Direct impact: Work alongside the CEO on the company's most important growth levers Remote‑first: Work from anywhere in the world Category-defining product: Join early and help build something people love How to Apply Apply at Include links to your best work—social accounts, campaigns you've run, or content you've created. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blink.new
