Sales Talent Acquisition Partner

Develop and execute recruiting strategies for all sales roles Lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection activities Build diverse talent pools through social branding, social media, advertisements, networking, and referrals Build external networks and develop qualified candidate pipelines Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment Use social media, networking sites, job boards, and diverse talent communities to improve sourcing Partner with leaders to source and hire sales talent, including Account Managers, Account Representatives, Sales Managers, Business Development, and Automation Sales roles Recruit for key staff positions Communicate with managers and candidates throughout the hiring process and facilitate employment offers and acceptances Develop relationships with vendors and external partners Establish processes and tools to evaluate candidate qualifications, capabilities, and experience Create a positive candidate experience and identify recruitment process improvements Support the company’s Affi Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert, identify trends, monitor best practices and technologies, and coach managers throughout the selection process Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years’ experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced, and technical-based environment Experience with the full life cycle of recruitment Experience successfully sourcing candidates through creative and alternate means Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruiting Ability to build broad external networks Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to maintain confidentiality Travel periodically to job fairs and college recruitment campaigns throughout California Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for sales roles.
